Edited Issue: URL Encode Messages [2130]

Hi Linvi,

I had forgotten about this issue and was remembered the hard way yesterday when my application to win a twitter contest failed.

Not only commas but other special characters like "#" etc need to be url encoded or the twitter api throws 401 Unauthorized error.
