Commented Issue: Give access to User.UserFactory.GetUsersFromIds [2105]

This feature is only accessible from the factory making it difficult to access.

- This is the release version!
- Added a static SearchJson in order to allow developers to get json result from search
- Added a GetUsersFromIds in the static User class to provide an easy access to the feature for the developers
- SearchTweet Recursively now stops when the result set is empty or the maximum number of result has been reached
- Added IEnumerableExtension to make the code more readable (.IsNullOrEmpty, .IsEmpty, .ContainsSameObjectsAs)
