Commented Unassigned: Spaces encoded in published tweets [2211]

I am having an issue with publishing tweets. It works all right but encodes the spaces within words so in twitter i have a tweet that looks like this

test%20post%20again

Any help please.

Hi there,

I have 2 questions.

Are you publishing tweets simply or you publishing tweets with images?
Are you publishing the tweet with the text : 'test%20post%20again' or 'test post again' in C#?

If you publish tweets simply and send 'test post again' from C# could you please share your code.
