Commented Unassigned: Spaces encoded in published tweets [2211]

I am having an issue with publishing tweets. It works all right but encodes the spaces within words so in twitter i have a tweet that looks like this

test%20post%20again

Any help please.

I am using the TweetinviAPI version 0.9.2.3 downlaoded via nuget into my project
