- StallWarnings can now be enabled/disabled.
- STALL WARNINGS ARE NOW DISABLED BY DEFAULT. It implies that the WarningFallingBehindDetected event will no longer be raised if you do not set the parameter to true.

- Added CustomQuery Parameters
- Added Stream LevelFilter Parameter
- Count Parameter was not added intentionally as this parameter requires elevated privileges. The elevated users will be able to use the CustomQuery Parameters to use the 'count'.
