Hi Renato,

From my personal experience the Public Streams can be run with multiple keys with the same IP at the same time.
Though this is not authorized by Twitter and such behavior can make Twitter block your IP so that you cannot use stream from your IP.

Also in theory when connecting to 2 public streams with the same credentials should disconnect the first connected client.
Concerning UserStream this is different and you can have multiple UserStream running on the same IP.
