Created Task: Migrate Parameters with an identifier to QueryParameters [2576]

QueryParameters should contain :

- Identifier
- User Parameters

This remove the ability for developers to incorrectly create a query parameter that is called from an object with an invalid identifier.
Look at TweetList parameters to take example.
