- Move parameters into Tweetinvi or Interface project.
- Move identifiers into Tweetinvi or interface project.

Allow developers to new things up.
The global idea is that developers do not have to explicitely reference Tweetinvi.Logic.
Comments: Parameters should not have empty constructors if any of their value is a required value.
