Commented Feature: Invalidate Token [2539]

Refactor Web Layer to cleanup code and allow developers to invalidate Tokens.

The .Content property needs to be set.
Something like

var requestMessage = new HttpRequestMessage(httpMethod, webRequest.RequestUri);
requestMessage.Content = new StringContent("access_token=" + "xxx", Encoding.UTF8, "application/x-www-form-urlencoded");
