Implement Unity and Dependency injection to enable the development of Unit Tests as Tweetinvi currently only have Integration tests.

- Implemented Exception handler
- Credentials Factory, credentials are now created by the user thanks to TwitterCredentials.CreateCredentials(...)
- If a null object is created from serializer, a default result is now sent
- Cleanup blank lines (needed to justify the number of files that were changed ;)
