Commented Feature: Getting raw json from queries [1918]

Provide a solution enabling developers to get RawJson from any query performed with Tweetinvi.

- Cleanup the UserController
- Extracted the UserQuery generation with the UserQueryGenerator
- Added missing features of the UserController to the static User class
