-> It means that the credentials you provided are incorrect.

The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
-> It means that something is going wrong with Tweetinvi when it formats the query.

Would you please tell me which query you are trying to do specifically (name of the method).
Also to provide more assistance, would you please tell me if you are using the latest version (development/release) or the download version (0.8.3.21).
