Sorry for the confusion, for some reason I forgot to list Tweetinvi 0.9.0.3 as a public package which made it impossible for you to see.
The versions available on the download sections are always the same as the ones published on nuget.
Therefore I would advise you to use nuget as it will allow you to update the version very easily.
I do not update Tweetinvi versions for minor releases. As a result when I will publish Tweetinvi 0.9.0.4 you'll still see 0.9.0.0 (I am a bit lazy on these minor updates).
I might need to create a script to improve this.
Though for any other update the assembly info will be updated (Tweetinvi 0.9.1.0 will be published as is).
